摘要
采用有限元法建立了K形井架的有限元分析模型,将钻机井架各杆件简化为空间梁单元,对钻机井架三维计算模型进行了离散,给出了模态分析和稳定性分析结果,得到了井架的固有频率和振型等重要参数。结果表明,该井架最大应力位于井架中段前立柱198单元,最大应力值为160 MPa;其安全系数为2.15,满足美国API安全系数的要求。通过将井架的固有频率与钻机的设计工作转速进行比较,并对各阶模态主振型进行分析,得出该钻机井架结构设计合理的结论。
This article briefly introduced the modeling of K derrick and carried on analysis and calculation of static mechanics performance,vibration characteristic and the stability based on three dimensional beam unit with finite element method.Modeling analysis results of the derrick structure indicated that maximum stress was 160 Mpa,and found with 198 element of front two columns of derrick and the safe factor was 2.15,which can meet safe operation requirements.By means of the comparison basic frequency of derrick with the design rotary speed of drilling machine and the analysis of each other step vibration modes,the drilling machine derrick structure design was provided.
