摘要
由于海洋钻井的复杂环境和作业条件,要求海洋钻井井架结构具有强度高、稳定性高、底部开档宽及良好的司钻视野等特点,大多选用塔型整体结构井架。因资源、环境条件、工期及施工费用等因素,塔型井架在固定钻采平台上的安装是一个复杂的课题。针对可能的塔型井架海上安装方案,通过分析各种影响因素,提出井架海上分段吊装的安装方式,并成功应用于海上平台的安装,为环境条件恶劣的东部或南部海域钻采平台使用塔型井架提供了很好的安装借鉴。
Due to the complex offshore environment and drilling operation conditions,the structure of offshore drilling derrick must have high strength,high stability,wider bottom spaces and better driller's sight.The offshore drilling operators prefer to the tower type derrick.But the installation of the derrick to the fixed platform is difficult to perform due to the limits of the installation resources,environment conditions,installation duration and costs.The factors affected the derrick installation was analyzed,and the installation method was presented-lift installation of lower section and upper section assembling on site,which was successfully applied on the offshore derrick installation and provided the good reference for the future derrick installation on offshore fixed production and drilling platform,specially in extremely East and South Sea environment conditions.
