摘要
设计了新型低铬镍高硅双相不锈钢的组织及其化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和多种腐蚀方法研究了本试验钢的组织及其腐蚀行为。试验结果表明这种钢在高温浓硫酸介质中具有良好的耐蚀性、抗晶间腐蚀、点蚀、电化学腐蚀性能以及高的塑韧性。
he microstructure and chemical composition of new low chromium nickle high silicon double stainless steel are desighed.Metallurgical microseope,X-ray diffraction SEM and several kinds of corrosion test methods are applied to investigate the microstructure and corrosion behavior of the test steel.Experimental resalts show that the steel has good corrosion resistance in high temperature concentrate sulphuric acid,higher intergranular corrosion resistance,pitting corrosion resistance and electrochemical corrosion as well as good plasticity and toughness.
