摘要
由奥氏体和铁素体两相组成的双相不锈钢与单相不锈钢相比,具有强度高、韧性好、可焊性好、耐晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀破裂性能优越等优点,在相关工程应用领域具有广阔的应用前景。进一步优化双相不锈钢材料的化学成分、热处理工艺,以获得固溶组织中铁素体和奥氏体相约各占一半,并提高其抗冲蚀磨损性能,是双相不锈钢材料的重要研究工作和发展方向。
Compared with the single-phase stainless steel, duplex stainless steel composed of austenite and ferrite, which has some advantages such as excellent strength and toughness, good weld ability, good performance in intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Now, it has been widely used in the relevant engineering fields. Further optimization of the chemical composition and heat treatment process of duplex stainless steel materials were performed to obtain two phases of ferrite and austenite, which contains approximately 50 percentages respectively. The important work and development in this material were to enhance its erosion wear resistance of duplex stainless steel.
