摘要
通过大量的试验 ,分析讨论了变形速率对σb 和δ的影响 ;冷加工对 30 4不锈钢奥氏体敏化态晶间腐蚀 (IGC)的影响及控制 ;变形量和化学成分主要是 (Cr/Ni)对 30 4不锈钢磁性强度影响。根据试验得出 ,30 4不锈钢磁性强度随Cr/Ni值和变形量增加而增加 ,这是因为冷变形诱发马氏体的产生且有磁性 ;拉伸强度σb 随拉伸速率的增加而减少 ,当速率 >4 0mm/min时 ,σb 趋于稳定 ;30 4不锈钢经冷变形后T T S曲线的IGC发生区向低温和长时间敏化侧移动。
Based on a great quantity of testing. In this papar, the influence of deformation rate on the parameters σ b and δ , influence of cold processing on the corrosion between sensitized state crystals (IGC) of 304 austenitic stainless steel and its control, and the influence of amount of deformation and chemical composition (primarily Cr/Ni) on the magnetic strength of 304 stainless steel, have been analyzed and discussed. According to the test results, it is clear that the magnetic strength of 304 stainless steel increases in direct ratio with Cr/Ni amount and deformation amount.It is because the cold deformation has induced the martensite and made the steel bear magnetic property. The tensile strength σ b decreases with the increase of extension rate. When the rate exceeds 40mm/minute, σ b goes to stabilization. After cold deformation, T T S curve and IGC generation area of 304 stainless steel move toward low temperature and long time sensitization side.
