摘要
采用金相显微镜,X-射线衍射,电子探针相结合的方法,研究了不同热处理状态下的低碳高铬双相铸造不锈钢的相形态、种类、成分,量的相对变化及形成条件;研究了该钢不同热处理制度下的晶间腐蚀、点腐蚀行为,并与性能优良的K 合金进行了对比。研究结果表明,试验钢经1050℃固溶处理后,γ相数量较少且均匀分布,耐蚀性最好。
In this research,a combination of optical microscope X-ray diffraction spec-
trum,EMPA is used to investigate the morphology,kind composition quantitative change and con-
dition of formation of the phase in low carbon high chrominm duplex microstructure cast stainless
steel after different solution heat treatment.The intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion ten-
dency of testing steel after 1050℃ solution heat treatment are studieal,it is shown that the chara-
cteristics of the testing steel in comparison with that of K alloy,possess better properties.
