摘要 设计了高温浓硫酸泵用不锈钢的化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X—射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了试验钢的金相组织、腐蚀形貌和耐蚀性能,并试验了钢的力学性能、冶炼工艺、铸造性能与焊接性能。研究结果表明,试验钢Cr17Ni17Si5具有优良的耐蚀性、较高的强度与良好的塑韧性,并具有较好的冶炼、铸造和焊接性能。采用该钢生产的泵件经现场实地使用结果表明,泵叶轮用于高温浓硫酸生产中,具有较高的使用寿命。 The Chemical constitution of high temperature concentrated sulphuric acid resistant stainless steel for pump making was designed. The microstructure, corrosion behavior and resistance of the steels were tested by metalloscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and various corrosion tests, and mechanical properties, metallurgical technology, castability and weldability of the steels were also tested. The research results showed that steel Cr17Ni17Si5 had better comprehensive properties. The field test of the pump components made of the steel showed that the impeller lasted a long service life in pumping high temperature concentrated sulphuric acid.
