摘要
种子的分级可提高种子质量,节省播种量,节约粮食,有利于实现机械化播种和精量播种,可以带来很大的社会效益。为此,设计了一种用于大中型种子加工厂的圆筒筛式玉米种子分级机,其生产率为1.5t/h,分离效果较好;并介绍了其工作原理、结构设计的特点以及使用注意事项。同时,在详细地分析了种子在圆筒筛内分离运动过程和受力的基础上,计算了圆筒筛的临界转速,确定了圆筒筛式玉米种子分级机的主要参数,即筛筒设计转速为50r/min,倾斜角在1°~51°可调。
The seed grading can improve the seed quality, save the sowing quantity and cereals, advantageous to achieving sowing mechanization and precision sowing, and it can bring a lot ofsociety benefits. Hence, a cylinder screen seed corn grader used in large and medium-sized seed processing plant is designed. Its productivity is 1.5t/h and the effect is preferable. Its working principle; the specialty of framework design and the proceeding in use are introduced. By analyze in detail The separating movement and force of the seeds in cylinder screen, the critical rotate speed of cylinder screen is calculated and main parameters of the cylinder screen seed corn grader are confirmed .That is to say that the design rotate speed of cylinder is 50r.p.m and inclinable angle of cylinder is adjustable in size of 1° to 5°.
