摘要
通过试验研究发现在圆筒筛内应筛下物在筛分过程中的筛分率是与其在筛面上的数量成正比的。物料过筛率是确定应筛下物筛分过程的唯一参数,直接反映了物料在筛筒内的筛分情况。二次旋转正交试验的结果表明圆筒筛转速和倾角对物料过筛率有明显的影响,且存在着较强的交互作用;但过筛率不受物料含小料率的影响。过筛率在物料尺寸方面仅与物料对筛孔的相关尺寸有关,而它们实际尺寸的相对变化对过筛率没有显著的影响,相关尺寸的减小将导致过筛率的急剧增加。
It is presented that the passage rate of particles of a given size through the screen aper-tures at any instant is proportional to the quantity of the particles on the screen in screeningof cylinder by experiments. Passage rate factor is the sole parameter that determines screen-ing process of particles,and reflects effects of screening duration on sizing efficiency.It is in-dicated that rotating speed and inclination of cylindrical screen obviously affect passage ratefactor, and still have two-way interactions each other by using orthogonal second-order rotat-ing test.But the percentage of undersize particles has few effect.Particles size relative to per-foration size is found to be a significant factor affecting passage rate factor,independent ofthe particles size.Passage rate factor has a rapid increase as the relative size decreases.
