摘要
提出并验证了一个能提高圆筒筛筛分性能的机构——转动滑板筒。通过计算,分析了转动滑板筒的主要参数(滑板筒形状、尺寸和转速)对圆筒筛性能的影响,确定了这些参数的较优取值。利用二次正交旋转回归实验方法,研究了采用转动滑板简后圆筒筛主要运行参数(转速和倾角)与筛分性能的关系。研究结果表明筛筒转速和倾角仍对筛分性能有显著影响,采用转动滑板筒后较好的参数组合是转速50 r/min,倾角0°。
A mechanism of rotary polygon tube is invented,which can improve screening performance of cylindrical screen.The main parameters of rotary polygon tube(shape,size and rotating speed)on screening performance are analyzed and calculated,the better values of these parameters are obtained.Besides,the rela- tionship between the main operating parameters(rotating speed and inclination)of cylindrical screen with rotary polygon tube and screening performance is investigat- ed using orthogonal second-order rotating text.It is indicated that the two parame- ters still have obvious effects on screening performance.Under the case,the better combination of the two parameters is a 50 r/min rotating speed and a zero degree in- clination.
