摘要
本文对宽度为700mm的双风道圆筒筛清选机构在试验台上进行了性能试验,获得了较优参数组合,并在实验验证基础上,分析了各种参数对清选性能影响的变化规律.试验结果表明,双风道圆筒筛清选机构与单风道圆筒筛清选机构相比提高清选能力24.5%,减小前筛直径16.7%,适应小麦、水稻的清选喂入量为1.4～2.0kg/s.
In the paper, the two-inletpassage cylinder screen cleaning unit 700mm in width is researched and tested on experimental table. The optimum parameters combination is obtained. The tendency of clearning performance with different parameters is analysed throuth experimental verification. Results of research are show that by comparing the two-inletpassage cylinder screen unit with one-inletpassage clearning unit, the clearning feed rate raised by 24.5%, and the diameter of front screen reduced by 16.7%. It is adapted for wheat and rice cleaning feed rate in 1.4～2.0%kg/s.
