摘要
通过世界和我国师范教育历史发展的大视野,审视我国1978年实行改革开放,开始进行大规模社会主义现代化建设以后,地方师范院校的迅猛发展,和随着我国经济社会的飞速发展、九年义务教育的基本普及、经济社会发展对教育不断提出新要求,我国包镖括地方师范院校在内的传统师范教育体系的迅速解体重构,文章认为都是合乎教师教育发展规律的演变。在这剧烈而迅急的演变过程中,地方师范院校虽然面临着严峻的挑战,但同时也遇到了难得的发展机遇,它应认清自己的历史使命,抓住机遇迎接挑战,锐意进取改革转型,昂首阔步地走进教师教育新体系。
Through the macro-scope of the educational history in the world, the regional teachers colleges in our country develop rapidly since the reform and opening up in 1978, as well as the large scale socialist modernization drive. With the speedy development of the economy in our country, and the popularization of nine - year compulsory education, the new requirements for the education have emerged in accordance with the development of social economy. The traditional modal of normal education has been collapsing and the new one has been forming rapidly. The author thinks it is suited for the evolution of the regularity of teachers＇ education. In the course of the dramatic evolution, the regional teachers colleges have met a good opportunity available, though it is confronted with an drastic challenge. Meanwhile, the regional teachers colleges should discern its historical mission, seize the opportunity and meet the challenge so as to enter the new system of teachers＇ education naturally.
