摘要
面对时代呼唤创新人才,信息技术广泛应用,中小学课改向纵深发展的新形势,成人师范教育如何进行教学体系的创新?文章从教学观念、教学管理制度、教学内容、教学方式、教学评价方面提出了成人师范教育教学创新体系。
Facing to the new situation of the era that calls for innovative person,and that information technology is being applied widely and courses in seminary schools are being reformed towards all-around and deep dimension, how to carry out teaching system innovation in adults' normal education?The article puts forward the teaching innovation system of adults' normal education from teaching conception,teaching management system,teaching content, teaching mode and teaching evaluation.
