摘要
21世纪教师专业化是提高教师素质进而提高教育质量的重要举措。教师专业化发展需要构建教师教育新体系。教育学院应发挥自身优势,通过改制,建设成为教师专业化成长的重要基地。
In the 21 st century, the specialization of teachers is an important action to enhance the teachers＇ quality and further improve the quality of education. The development of teachers＇ specialization needs a construction of a new system on teachers＇ education. Starting with the feature of provincial institute of education, this article proposes that the institute of education should exploit its own advantage to be an important base which helps teachers＇ growth on specialization by restructuring.
