摘要
设计-施工总承包是目前发展最快的一种主流的总承包模式,而且是其他总承包模式的基础或核心,本文分析了设计-施工总承包模式的市场主体,然后探讨了设计-施工模式及与其他模式相比在进度、费用和质量等方面都存在的优缺点,最后分析了工程担保如何对设计-施工作出反应,包括设计-施工担保、承保过程和担保费用及与传统的D-B-B模式的差异等。
Design-Build is the mainstream model of the general contracting which is the fastest development in the Construction, and it＇s alto the fundamental or core of the others＇ models. This paper analyses the main body of the D- B market, and discnsses the merits and demerits in schedule, cost and quality compare with others＇ models. Lastly, analyses the construction surety how to respond D- B, including performance and payment trend, the difference with the traditional D- B- B in underwriting and cost.
