摘要
本文从项目管理模式与项目采购方式、合同风险管理与合同策略的关系两个方面,介绍了国际建筑市场的发展和经验;分析了项目采购方式在开发合同策略中的作用;提出了合同策略与合同风险管理的逻辑框架和改进我国合同管理的策略。
This paper first introduces the development and experience in international construction market from the relationship between project management model and project procurement route, and contract risk management and contract strategy. Then, it analyzes the function of project procurement route in developing contract strategies. Finally, it presents the logical framework of contract strategy and contract risk management to improve construction contract management for Chinese construction industry.
