摘要
基于新制度经济学中的交易费用原理把建设项目中的设计-施工总承包模式和传统的管理模式进行了对比分析,并说明了项目适用设计-施工总承包的特征。
This paper makes an analysis of and comparison between Design-Bid-Build and Design- Build based on Transaction Cost Theory of new institutional economics, and explain the features which apply to the construction project using DB.
