摘要
采用NADPH-d反应组织化学方法对大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LHA)的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元的缺血后变化进行研究。夹闭双侧颈总动脉2小时后LHA内的NOS阳性神经元在一定程度上受到了损害。研究结果提示NOS阳性神经元的损伤在脑缺血所致的神经损伤中可能起着重要作用。
The ischemiainduced changes of the nitric oxide synthase (NOS)positive neurons in the lateral hypothalamic area (LHA) of rat were studied by using NADPHdiaphorase reaction. The NOSpositive neurons in LHA were damaged to some degree following bilateral common carotid artery occlusion. The findings suggested that the NOSpositive neurons might play an important role in the process of the nerve damage during the cerebral ischemia.
