摘要 目的:探讨一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元在生后不同日龄(1、5、10、15、30、120 d)大鼠纹状体中的分布及形态变化特征。方法:NADPH-d组织化学方法。结果:NOS阳性神经元首先出现于尾壳核前上部,随生长发育逐渐扩展至外侧部、内侧部和苍白球;1~5 d时胞体直径10μm左右,无突起,或仅 1~2个短小突起,10~15 d胞体增大,数量增多,突起明显增多伸长,并有许多膨体,30 d时胞体直径达20~35μm,突起200μm以上,并反复分支交织成网状,120 d与 30 d比较无明显变化。结论:纹状体内NOS阳性神经元的发育变化在生后1~30 d之间,NO可能与运动机能的建立及调控有关。 Objective:To study the distribution and the shape changing characteristics of nitric oxide synthase neuron in corpus striatum in rats during different days (1d, 5d, 10d, 15d,30d,120d) after birth. Methods :NPDPH-d histochemi-cal method was used. Results :NOS neurons firstly appeared on the upper part of caudate-putamen nuclei; they gradually extended to the lateral part,internal part and globus pallidus. Frindltods, the diameter of soma was about 10 fan, (no neurite or only 1 or 2 neurites), the soma became large, the amount increased, the neuritis became evidently thick and long and expanding part appeared, the diameter of soma reached 20-35um within 30 d. The neuritis were about 200um, and they branched repeatedly and interweaved. There were no evident changes comparing on 120 d and 30 d. Conclusion :The development changes of NOS positive neurons in corpus striatum take place from 1 d to 30 d; NO may play a role in the establishment and adjustment of physical functions.
