摘要
目的了解四川省普通高校医院护理人员的结构现状,分析普通高校医院护理人员配置存在的问题。方法对10所高校的105名注册护士,通过邮寄形式发放调查问卷。结果四川省普通高校医院护理人员存在如下问题:在职称结构方面,初级人员过剩、高级人才断层,护理人员普遍缺乏培训,知识结构不合理,护理论文发表少。结论合理调整高校护理人员结构,搭建科研平台,提升护理综合服务的能力。
Objective To investigate the structure of nursing staff in campus hospital in Siehuan Province. Methods One hundred and five registered nurses from 10 campus hospitals were investigated with a questionnaire by mail. Results The results showed that varions problems existed, such as excessive junior professionals, insufficient senior professionals, irrational knowledge structure, inadequate technical training and research capability, Conclusions It is suggested to develop corresponding standards to adjust the personnel structure,promote the comprehensive capabilities, and focus on establishing technical research platform.
