摘要
本研究观察了磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)对培养的小牛肺动脉内皮细胞的损伤作用和氯喹的保护作用。结果发现:PLA_2可使膜通透性升高,硝酸镧颗粒在胞浆内沉着的数量和范围随PLA_2浓度增加和作用时间延长而增加,乳酸脱氢酶释放率、培养液血管紧张素转化酶活性、培养液和细胞内二醛含量显著高于正常对照组、PLA_2 +氯喹组和氯喹组。氯喹对PLA_2造成的细胞损伤有保护作用。
The damage effect of phospholipase A2 on cultured calf pulmonary artery endothelial cells and the protective effect of chloroquine were investigated. The results showed: the cellular membrane permeability was increased by phospholipase A2( PLA2),the numbers and the extent of lanthanum particles in cytoplasm were positive correlation with increased concentration and prolonged reacting time of PLA2 and lactate dehydrogenase release rate, angiotensin-converting enzyme activity and malondialde-hyde content were increased significantly compared with normal control group, PLA2+chloroquine group and chloroquine group. Chloroquine could protect the cells damaged by PLA2.
