摘要
观察了磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)对狗白细胞运动功能和分泌功能的影响。结果发现:PLA_2可增强白细胞的粘附、聚集、趋化和自由游走功能,促进脂质过氧化物生成,但对白细胞分泌酸性磷酸酶无显著影响。
The effects of phospholipase A2 on canine leucocytes' movement and release functions were investigated. It was found that phospholipase A2 increases leucocytes' adhesion, aggregation, chemotaxis and free movement significantly, it increased lipid peroxides in the cultured medium statistically significantly, but it affected acid phosphatase in the medium slightly.
