摘要
检测了球孢白僵菌不同类型分离株的胞外蛋白酶产生水平，总体显示出继代培养将降低菌株胞外蛋白酶活性。胞外蛋白酶产生水平与菌株毒力有一定的协可险，但相关不显著。
Extracellular protease prod uction of different segregants derived from multi-and single-spore isolates of Beauveria bassiana was tested on gelatin-agar.The resultsshowed that the extracellular protease production of isolates decreased with subculturing inthe whole.No clear correlation was found between extracellular protease prodtiction and thevirulence of the fungus to the Masson's pine caterpilles.
