摘要
通过白僵菌发酵与杀虫实验表明氮素对球孢白僵菌的生长、孢子萌发、固体发酵产孢量和毒力均有一定的影响。其中硝态氮对白僵菌的生长和固体发酵产孢量有较大的促进作用,对孢子萌发的影响不大。营养条件不同白僵菌的侵染能力不同。
By means of fermenting and insect testing of Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill, the result showed that Nitrogen had different effect on the growth of mycelium, the spore sprouting, the spore producing and toxicity. Saltpeter as Nitrogen was promoting mycelium growth and spore producing, but it had no remarkable effect on sprouting. According to the different condition of nourishment, the toxicity of B.bassiana (Bals.) Vuill. was varied.
