摘要
检测了球孢白僵菌继代培养中菌落局变产生的分离株在不同湿度下分生孢子的发芽率，结果显示继代培养能增强菌株的抗旱力，但菌株生活力减弱。
Beauveria bassiana strains produced various segregants from their fatherstrains by saitation in subcuIturhg.The conidial germination rates of these segregants at dif- ferent humidities as compared with those of their father strains,It suggested that thedrought resistence of the fungus was enhanced with subculturing,but their viability de- creased.
