摘要
从中华猕猴桃鲜果出发,研究出不添加任何化学合成成分的猕猴桃果汁饮料,并对姜汁的防腐作用进行了深入的研究,取得了较为理想的效果。
A kind of pure kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch)juice drink without any chemicals added had been developed successfully.The use of ginger juice as a presevative gave a good results.
