葛枣猕猴桃各部位中微量元素的测定 被引量:4

摘要 本文用荧光、AAS和ICP法首次测定了葛枣猕猴桃中24种微量元素。结果表明,它们的含量各异,且因部位不同而不同。加和量均值,植株地下部分比地上部分高9.8%,其中铁、锶、锌、锰、铜、镍、钼、铬、钒、硒11种人体必需微量元素则高18.9%;须根和叶是葛枣植株中微量元素的富含部位;有害微量元素铅、镉、铍、汞,其含量低于致毒量。 For the first time, 24 trace elements in Actinidia polygama were determined by means of fluorometry, AAS and TCP. The results showed that their contents varied with different parts of the plant. On the average, the additive quantities of the elements in the parts beneath the ground were 9.8% higher than that in the parts above the ground.The contents of trace elements essential to human body in the parts beneath the ground, such as Fe, Sr, Zn, Mn, Cu, Ni, Mo, Cr, V, Co and Se were 18.9% higher than that in the parts above the ground. Besides, the fibers and the leaves were sensitive parts rich in these elements. The contents of harmful elements, such as Pb, Cd,Be and Hg in the plant were lower than the toxic dose.
