摘要
“宽带薪酬设计”是一种正逐渐被导入我国企业的新型的薪酬管理模式,企业应以整体战略和核心价值观为基础,并根据组织结构以及不同层次人员需求的多样化来设计符合企业特点的薪酬模式,科学地有选择性地进行“宽带薪酬设计”。
Broad band salary design' is a new salary management being ducted into our enterprises. The writer analyzed the concept, merits and shortcomings of the system; and suggests that business enterprises should carefully and selectively apply. The design of salary system should be based on corporate strategy, core value, organization construction and culture.
