Correlation of Gene Polymorphism of p21 and p27 with Tumor

摘要 做为细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶抑制剂,p21和p27被认为是候选的抑癌基因,在细胞周期的调控中发挥重要作用。p21和p27基因的突变或多态性可能与人类多种肿瘤的发生发展有关。研究这2个基因的多态性可能有助于判断肿瘤的发病风险、临床特征以及预后。 As the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors, p21 gene and p27 gene are regarded as candidates of tumor suppressive gene, and have important functions in cell cycle control. Mutation or polymorphisms of these two genes may connect with many human tumors. It' s maybe helpful to estimate the risk of developing tumor and indicate the clinical characteristic and prognosis of tumor by studying their polymorphisms.
