摘要
目的:探讨抑癌基因P21表达与肝细胞肝癌的关系。方法:采用以医院为基础的病例对照研究方法,通过RT-PCR方法检测100例肝细胞肝癌病人和100例非肿瘤病人外周血白细胞中P21基因mRNA的表达。结果:P21mRNA在肝细胞肝癌病人外周血白细胞中相对表达量为0.256 1±0.144 3,在非肿瘤病人的外周血白细胞中相对表达量为0.043 2±0.032 2,肿瘤病人P21mRNA表达水平高于非肿瘤病人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),P21mRNA的表达水平与年龄、性别、HBV感染、肝癌家族史、吸烟、饮酒、AFP含量无关(P>0.05)。结论:P21基因的表达可能与肝细胞肝癌有一定关系,可为筛检肝细胞肝癌高危人群提供参考依据。
Objective： To explore the relationship of P21 gene expression and the hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）.Methods： The research was designed as a case-control study based on hospital.Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） was used to measure the expression level of P21 in 100 cases of HCC and 100 cases of non-tumor patients.Results： P21 mRNA expression level was higher in the hepatocellular carcinoma patients than in the non-tumor patients（P0.05）.In age,sex,smoking,drinking,HbsAg patient and non-HbsAg defining cancer,presence of liver cancer family history,AFP there were no statistically significant differences between the groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： P21 gene maybe take part in the progress of HCC.It provides the basis gist for individual susceptibility molecular markers of HCC.
