摘要
目的研究补中益气汤对脾虚小鼠淋巴细胞免疫功能的调节作用,验证中医脾与淋巴免疫的相关性。方法脾虚小鼠胃饲补中益气汤,MTT法检测小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖能力、ELISA法检测IL-2诱生量。结果胃饲补中益气汤,使脾虚小鼠的T淋巴细胞增殖能力和IL-2产生量均有明显提高。结论补中益气汤对脾虚小鼠淋巴免疫功能有上调作用。
[Objective] To study the regulating effects of Buzhong Yiqi tang on immune function of lymphocytes in mice with spleen-deficiency and to prove the relativity between the spleen in TCM and lymphoid immunity. [Method] Fed the mice with spleen-deficiency with Buzhong Yiqi tang; detected multiplication of T lymphocytes in mice with spleen-deficiency by MTT; detected the amount of IL2 by ELISA. [Result] Buzhong Yiqi tang obviously increased multiplication of T lymphocytes in mice with spleen deficiency and the amount of IL-2 produced. [Conclusion] Buzhong Yiqi tang has the action of positive regulation （increase） in lymphoid immune function of mice with spleen-deficlency.
