摘要
采用小鼠大黄脾虚模型，用核素掺入法测定ＩＬ－２活性、核素标记靶细胞测定ＮＫ活性、微量细胞病变法测定ＩＦＮ－γ水平。结果：脾虚小鼠的免疫指标明显低于正常组；补中益气汤和黄芪建中汤均能使之提高至正常水平。
Using the model mice with spleen-deficiency syndrome induced by rhubarb, the IL-2 activity was detected by the method of incorporation of tritiated thymidine, NK activity by the method of tritiated thymidine labeled target cells and IFNγ titer by the method of microcytopathic effects. The NK activity, IL-2 and IFNγ levels decreased significantly in the spleen-deficiency groups, while those parameters could be improved to normal level by Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction (HJD) and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction (BYD), there was no significant change in normal groups treated with HJD or BYD.
