摘要
健脾消食冲剂（５ｇ、１０ｇ／ｋｇ）连续灌胃１周对大黄脾虚模型造成的小鼠的免疫器官重量碳粒廓清速率和血清中的ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ等降低又补体Ｃ３、Ｃ４的增高具有显著的调节作用。另对该模型所致的淋巴细胞的转化率、白细胞介素－２活性和ＤＴＨ等降低具有明显的恢复作用。提示本冲剂能调节脾虚造成的免疫功能低下的作用。
Jianpixiaoshi chongji (Ji) (5g, 10g/kg iq×7d) exerts could significantly modulate imrnunologic organic weights, carbo clearance rate, hemolytic antibody (IgA, IgG, IgM) and complement C3,C4 of mice induced by spleen deficiency of Rheum officinal. Experimental results indicated that Ji also could obviously enhanced the percentage of lymphocyte transformation or the activity of interleukin-2 (IL-2) by Con A and delayed hypersensitivity in footpad of mice induced by SRBC on mice of spleen deficiency by Rheum officinal.
