摘要
教师专业化的发展,经历了一系列的演变过程,从知识传播者到研究者,再到反思性实践者和终身学习者。现在,一种学者型教师逐渐成为新的发展的趋势,它要求教师不仅是研究自己教育教学活动的研究者,是反思性的实践者,而且还是具有学习能力的学者。
The development of teachers' specialization undergoes a series of progress.from a spreader of knowledge to a life-long learner. Nowdays.schloar-typed teachers are needed in modern society.It requires a teacther of not only being a researcher who can study his own teaching actiyities.a practicer who can reconsider.but also being a scholar who has learing ability.
