摘要
用甘氨酸和青霉素对软化芽孢杆菌体进行酶解前的预处理。处理后菌在溶菌酶浓度为5mg/ml,作用温度42℃,作用时间2h下,原生质体形成率为90%～99%,再生率达50%～70%。
Protoplast formation and regeneration methods of lysozyme-resistant Bacillus macerans B30-6 are reported. Culture was prepared with glycine and penicillin before the treatment of lysozyme (5mg/ml) in 42 C for 2 hours. The rates of protoplast formation and regeneration were 90%～99%, 500%～70% respectively.
