摘要
目的采用ZTC1+1-Ⅲ型天然澄清剂对白芍提取液澄清工艺进行优选。方法在单因素分析的基础上,以药液浓度、澄清剂用量、温度作为考察因素,采用正交试验设计法优化澄清条件。结果以吸光度和芍药苷保留率作为指标,确定白芍提取液最佳澄清工艺条件为药液浓度比为1∶10,ZTC两组分用量分别为B组分0.6 mL/g、A组分0.3 mL/g,作用温度B组分为60℃、A组分为40℃时,澄清效果最好。结论ZTC1+1-Ⅲ型天然澄清剂可用于白芍提取液的澄清工艺。
Objective To optimize the clarification technology of the ral clarifying agent. Methods Under the basis of the single factor extracting solution of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. by ZTC1 + l- Ⅲ natu- analysis, with the drug concentration, dosage of clarifying agent and temperature as the investigating factors, the orthogonal experimental design was adopted to optimize the clarification conditions. Results With the absorbance and the retention rate of peoniflorin as the indicators, the optimum clarification technology conditions for the extracting solution of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. were as follows,the ratio of drug concentration was 1 : 10,the two components of ZTC was B component 0. 6 mL/g at 60 ℃ and A component 0. 3 mL/g at 40 ℃. Conclusion ZTC1 + 1- Ⅲ natural clarifying agent can be ap- plied in the clarification technology of the extracting solution of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.
