摘要
生米卡链霉菌和北里链霉菌用42%PEG4000做助融剂进行多配对原生质体种间融合,融合率为10^(-2)。同时,进行了UV灭活亲株的种间融合,融合率也为10^(-2)。采用液体培养基再生,表观融合率达10^(-1)。随机挑选形态各异的一定数量的融合子作产物分析,发现它们产生柱晶白霉素,总效价比直接亲本高5.9倍,比间接亲本高27%。高效液相色谱测定表明A_5组份从9.1%提高到43.4%。
Interspecies fusion of several mating pairs were carried out with 42% PEG4000 as fusion agents, the fusion rates were 10^(-2).
