摘要
目的;建立药品中左炔诺孕酮含量测定的方法。方法:流动注射化学发光法。结果:左炔诺孕酮在0.01~1mg·L^-1范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997,对0.1mg·L^-1的左炔诺孕酮连续平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.4%,该法的检出限为5.4μg·L^-1 L(3σ)。结论:该方法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,已成功测定了片剂中左炔诺孕酮含量,结果令人满意。
OBJECTIVE A novel flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) system for determination of levonorgestrel was presented. METHODS It was based on the chemiluminescence reaction of sodium sulfite with Ce(Ⅳ) in the nitric acid solution. RESULTS The emission intensity can be enhanced greatly by levonorgestrel. The proposed method was very sensitive, simple and quick. The chemiluminescence intensity was proportional to levonorgestrel concentration over the range of 0. 01 - 1.0 mg·L^-1. The detection limit was 5.4μg·L^-1 and the relative standard deviation was 2. 4% for 0. 1 mg·L^-1 (n = 11 ). CONCLUSION This method had been successfully applied to determination of levonorgestrel in tablets.
