摘要
应用鲁米诺依赖的化学发光法和组织化学染色方法观察了沙棘油对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞化学发光、溶酶体酸性磷酸酶和非特异性酯酶活性的影响。实验结果表明:沙棘油能够明显增强化学发光强度,也能够增强巨噬细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶,非特并性酯酶活性,提示该药具有增强巨噬细胞功能的作用。
In this paper, the effect of Hippophae rhamnoid oil (HRO) on pcritoneal macrophage in mice were studied by mcans of luminol dependent chemiluminescence (CL) and measuring lysosome acid phosphatase (ACP) and non specialty esterase (NSE) activity. HRO significantly enhanced the peritoneal macrophagc CL intensity stimulated by opsonic zymosan (P<0.01). The methods of histochemical staining and cytochemical quantitative analysis werc used to mcasure the ACP and NSE activity. As a result, HRO could remarkably increased ACP and NSE activity in maerophage (P<0.05). It is suggested, that the HRO could improve the activites of macrophages in mice.
