摘要
综述了荧光光谱法在药物分析中应用的研究进展,主要评述了几种常用的测定药物的荧光分析法,从机理角度详细阐述了利用荧光光谱法如何研究蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子与药物小分子的相互作用,并给出该方法在药物分析中应用的发展方向.
This paper reviewed the progress of the fluorimetry in pharmaceutical analysis in recent years. The present situation of fluorescence spectrum for the reaction of medicine and biomacromolecules such as protein, nucleic acid was introduced in detail, including its mechanism. The future application is pharmaceutical analysis was foreseen.
