摘要
针对高校内部管理体制存在的诸多弊端,借鉴和运用委托代理理论,在高校内部引入激励竞争机制,旨在推进高校管理体制创新。
The drawbacks exist in the inner management system of colleges and universities, which hinder the development of higher education. By applying trust-agent theory, the paper points out that introducing incentive mechanism can promote the development of colleges and universities effectively.
