摘要
研究型大学在世界各国的发展中起着重要作用,我国正处于加快国家创新体系建设,提高我国自主创新能力,推动科技、教育、经济、社会发展及增强综合国力的攻坚阶段。在这一关键时期,强调加速我国研究型大学的建设具有重要的战略意义。本文综合论述了研究型大学对现代社会的贡献,并在对国外研究型大学主要特点进行讨论的基础上,深入分析了当前研究型大学面临的若干重要问题,最后对研究型大学今后发展趋势进行了探讨。
The research university plays an important role in national development. This paper discusses the contributions of the research university to the contemporary society, the major characteristics of, and the challenges faced by, the foreign research universities, the development trend in the future of the research University.
