The reform of higher education in China has become increasingly extensive for the last decade This paper analyzes the major problems that China's high education faces and diccusses the key issues related to the establishment and administration of institutions, e g varieties of school systems;the establishment of scientific classification of universities and colleges and their administration systems; the establishment of community colleges with Chinese characteristics and the regulation of the current government administrative system
