摘要
美国研究型大学中的独立科研机构作为美国高校内一种独特的科研体制,发挥了重要的作用,适应了跨学科研究的发展趋势。本文以美国著名私立大学斯坦福大学为例,着重介绍分析了该校12所独立研究机构的成就、特点、管理体制及运行机制,继而对我国研究型大学的创新平台建设提出了几点建议。
The independent institute, as a particular research system in American universities, plays an important role in American Research Universities and suits the trend of cross-scientific research. This paper mainly introduces the achievement, characteristic, management system and circulating system of twelve independent institutes in Stanford Universities. Furthermore, it also recommends several points for the innovation of Research Universities in our country.
