摘要 目的为阐明急性脊髓损伤对内脏及心血管活动的影响机制提供形态学资料。方法脊髓T4节段横断术后3h,用免疫组织化学方法观察脑与脊髓内脏和心血管相关核团内Fos表达。结果T4水平损伤3h后,中央杏仁核、下丘脑室旁核、中缝背核、导水管周围灰质、臂旁核、蓝斑、孤束核、延髓腹外侧网状核与脊髓中间带外侧核等核团中Fos阳性神经元数目较假手术组显著增加(P<0.01)。结论急性脊髓损伤可引起中枢神经系统的内脏和心血管相关核团内神经元产生特异性反应,但反应的机制不同。 Objective To provide morphological data for the mechanisms of the visceral and cardiovascular nuclei in the central nervous system response to the acute spinal cord injury. Methods The spinal cord were transected at the fourth thoracic segment (T4). Three hours later, the Fos positive neurons were mapped in the nuclei that participated in the regulation of the visceral and cardiovascular function, using Fos immunohistochemical staining method. Results After rpinal cord injuried, number of Fos positive neurons were increased in the central nucleus of amygdala, the paraventricular nucleus, the dorsal raphe nucleus, periaqueductal gray, the parabrachial nucleus, locus ceruleus, the nucleus of solitary tract, the lateral reticular nucleus, the intermediolateral nucleus of the spinal cord (P〈0.01). Conclusion The neurons in the nuclei that participate in regulation of the visceral and cardiovascular functions can be responded specifically by the acute spinal cord injury, but it may be through the different mechanisms of reaction.
