杏仁核簇解剖的研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 杏仁核簇是边缘系统的重要结构,与皮质、皮质下核团以及脑干诸结构有着广泛的联系,其联系纤维主要有终纹和腹侧通路,杏仁核簇由众多亚核团组成,各亚核团间联系及其复杂;杏仁核簇参与边缘系统大多数的生理活动,能将各种感觉形成情绪化倾向。杏仁核解剖研究的深入将有助于对精神疾病病因的认识和治疗。
