摘要
本文采用4.0kV/cm×10min、4.5kV/cm×10min和5.0kV/cm×10min三个不同强度的静电场处理柠条种子。研究了柠条种子萌发过程中核酸和蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明:静电场处理能够提早柠条种子萌发过程DNA的复制;4.0kV/cm×10min和4.5kV/cm×10min的静电场处理增加柠条种子萌发过程RNA的含量,为萌发提供必要的核糖体和合成必要的蛋白质。
The changes of nucleic acids and proteins during germination were studiedwith Caragana korshinskii seeds treated with static electric fields of three different intensities(4kv/cm×10min,4.5kV/cm×10min and5kV/cm×10min).These results indicated that itwas able to advance reconstructed DNA treated with static electric field during germinatedprocess. It increased RNA content treated with static electric fields of 4kV/cm×10min and4.5kV/cm×10min during germinated process. It provided essential ribosomes and synthe-sized essential proteins increased RNA content for germination.
