摘要
用静电场处理红星苹果果实,能有效地保持果实在贮藏期的硬度和可溶性固形物的含量,对呼吸强度有 明显的抑制作用,可延长果实寿命。
Results suggested that treating Stubing applaes before storage on static electric field at 800v cm-1 for 5-60 seconds remarkably preserved fruit firmness and soluble solids during storage in a cold house at 0℃± 1℃ and 90%RH, significantly inhibited respiration and prolonged life span of fruit.
