静电场对植物叶片光合性能和蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:5

EFFECTS OF ELECTROSTATIC FIELD ON THE PHOTOSYNTHESIS AND CHLOROPHYLL AND SOLUBLE PROTEIN OF PLANT LEAVES

摘要 高压静电场处理玉米种子后,促进了叶片的光合速率,加速了生长,提高了叶片中叶绿素含量及蛋白质含量,改善了叶绿素的光谱吸收特性。从不同场强的处理中,200kv/m 的效果较好。 After the treatment of electrostatic field,the seeds of Maize were sowed in the soil.The leaf photosynthetic traits were examed as soon as the plant reach reproductive stage.The results showed that the plant growth,the leaf photosynthetic rate,the concentration of leaf chlorophyll and protein were all enhanced ty the electrostatic field.The spectra absorption traits of chlorophyll were also improved.From our results,we suggested that the 200kv/m voltage is the best one a- mong different treatments.
