摘要
利用高压静电场对胡萝卜种子进行筛选,并通过均匀设计安排试验,进行不同时间和电场强度的高压静电场处理,对胡萝卜种子的发芽势、发芽率、根长、苗高及鲜质重等指标进行测定,并对结果进行了回归分析和讨论,找出处理时间和电场强度的较佳取值组合。
The selection and process of different time and intensity of carrot seeds in high voltage static electricity field can be conducted. The arranged experiment by means of uniform design, the indexes of the germination trend, germination percentage, the length of root, the height of seedling, the fresh weight can be all gauged. This article makes the regression analysis and discussion of these results. Finally this article finds out the best-observed value composition of the process time and electricity intensity. [
